Upholding the organization’s discipline, ethical values, and reputation is a key responsibility of every employee.
It is with regret that we inform that the conduct and activities of the following employees have been deemed by the authorities to be detrimental to the organization’s professional standards, discipline, and image. After reviewing the matter, the authorities have taken the following decision in the interest of the organization—

Designation: Center In-Charge, Bhaluka RGCSA - Mr. Mukti Pada Ghosh
Designation: Office Co-ordinator, Bhaluka RGCSA & ACE Skill Council
Accordingly, their employment with ACE Skill Council and Bhaluka RGCSA stands dismissed with effect from 04 July 2026.
They are directed to immediately hand over all official responsibilities, office records, identity cards, keys, documents, digital credentials, equipment, and any other property belonging to the organization to the authorized representative.
With effect from the above date, they are no longer authorized to represent, communicate on behalf of, or undertake any administrative, financial, or official activities in the name of ACE Skill Council or Bhaluka RGCSA.
This order shall take effect immediately.
